  2. 快速按下按鍵 3 次
  3. 接著立即長按按鍵約 3 秒
  4. 裝置發出 4 次提示音後，即代表已成功關機

  2. 聽到提示音後，即表示裝置已開機

How to Disable Your hereu Tag 2.0

If you would like to temporarily turn off your hereu Tag 2.0, follow the steps below:

Steps

  1. Locate the button on the back of the hereu Tag 2.0
  2. Quickly press the button 3 times
  3. Immediately press and hold the button for approximately 3 seconds
  4. Once you hear 4 beeps, the device has been successfully powered off

How to Re-Enable Your hereu Tag 2.0

To turn the device back on and resume tracking functionality:

Steps

  1. Press the button once on the hereu Tag 2.0
  2. Wait until you hear the confirmation beep
  3. Open:
    • Apple “Find My”
    • Android “Find Hub / Find My Device”
  4. Your tracker should reconnect automatically

Important Notes

  • If the tracker has been removed from your account, you may need to pair it again
  • If reconnection fails, try performing a Factory Reset
